Menstrual Health is
five decades of a woman’s life!

Menstruation is more than a biological process—it’s a  journey that shapes a woman’s
life influencing her physical health, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.

Let's come together

Dedicated to advancing menstrual health awareness, BleedEqual strives to educate you about the lifelong impact of menstruation on the body. From menarche to menopause and beyond, we advocate for an inclusive social dialogue and thorough support for menstruators across gender(s) & age groups.

Our core belief is to amplify the importance of understanding and embracing this phenomenon for menstruators as well as non-menstruators. We aim to spread righteous awareness regarding body physiology, hormonal transitions, and highlighting the importance of societal coherence in shattering taboos around menstruation.

So, let’s come together and move beyond the curse. Let us stand together and annihilate the shame around periods.

Testimonials

Bleed Equal had worked with Barefoot College International in developing a Menstruation policy for the organisation. They developed a well thought out and structured bilingual survey that was specifically designed for both urban and rural staff. The data gathering was done methodically. The policy recommendations were made after a detailed and thorough analysis of the survey. The output was a nuanced menstrual health workplace policy that covered all aspects affecting menstruating individuals, inclusive of non-menstruating staff, and what the organisation has to do to address their needs. I am grateful that we found a knowledgeable partner in BleedEqual to address a sensitive subjet.
